Supplementing Phosphorus with eating pumpkin seeds often

Pumpkin seeds are rich in two kinds of nutrients which are very important to gingiva and alveolar bone. Firstly, it contains a lot of Phosphorus-1159 mg per 100 g pumpkin seeds. The atrophy of alveolar bone in the elderly is related to the loss of Phosphorus.

Secondly, it is rich in carotene and vitamin E, which can nourish gingiva directly and prevent gingival atrophy.

While eating, it's best to grind pumpkin seeds into powder. Take one teaspoon (about 30g) per day for better effect.
